📋 Description

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
• Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana's value for SRE and
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions for evaluators
• Teach customers how Grafana works and why the approach is differentiated
• Use AI tools to generate content variations and summaries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical
• Interest and ability to travel 10-12 weeks per year
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and SRE/platform team needs
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear stories
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars
• Excellent written and verbal communication
