📋 Description

• Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
• Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content
• Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical
• Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style
