Principal Technical Product Manager, Direct-to-Consumer

📋 Description

• Own the DTC product vision and roadmap across storefront, checkout, orders.
• Align front-end with backend capabilities to deliver a seamless fan journey.
• Lead Salesforce OMS integrations with payment, tax, and logistics.
• Turn customer feedback and business goals into product requirements.
• Set platform OKRs for conversion, order success, fulfillment SLAs, and satisfaction.
• Lead and grow the product team of PMs and program managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management in ecommerce, order management, or fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce OMS, WMS, or ERP integrations.
• Proven cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
• Data-driven prioritization with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal stakeholder communication.
