📋 Description

• Lead creation, editing, and publication of user guides and release notes across products.
• Partner with engineers and PMs to translate complex info into clear documentation.
• Establish documentation standards, content structures, and publishing processes.
• Coordinate documentation initiatives, manage schedules, and oversee rebranding efforts.
• Oversee accuracy, completeness, and approval of externally published documentation.
• Develop quality metrics, optimize workflows, and improve content management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in technical writing for complex software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, InDesign, Photoshop, Visio.
• Experience in software development environments.
• Excellent communication, research, and editing skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
