Principal Trader

📋 Description

• Principal trading book: provide liquidity, manage inventory, hedge risk.
• Trading strategies: market making, flow trading, relative-value within risk limits.
• Onboard exchanges, prime brokers and OTC counterparties.
• Risk management framework: design and operate risk limits, monitoring and escalation.
• Stock Lending cooperation: coordinate securities inventory and financing with Stock Lending.
• Desk cooperation: coordinate with Options Trading and Fixed Income desks for shared risk visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–20 years in principal/flow trading or multi-asset books with documented P&L.
• Multi-asset risk management: delta, gamma, vega, liquidity, counterparty risk.
• MiFID II SI, best-execution, conflicts-of-interest experience.
• Securities financing and stock lending familiarity.
• Collaborative across desks; cross-functional cooperation experience.
• Fluent English; strong communication.
