Principal Trader

📋 Description

• Build and run EXANTE's principal trading book across assets.
• Provide liquidity against client flow and hedge exposure for P&L.
• Manage inventory within MiFID II, best-execution and conflicts framework.
• Onboard exchanges, prime brokers and OTC counterparties.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Treasury and Tech on workflow/tools.
• Lead desk expansion and cross-desk cooperation as the book grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–20 years in principal/flow trading or multi-asset books.
• Strong multi-asset risk management: delta, gamma, vega, liquidity.
• MiFID II experience: best-execution and conflicts of interest.
• Securities financing and stock lending familiarity.
• Cross-desk collaboration across trading desks.
• Fluent English; accountable for full P&L.
