📋 Description

• Define and evolve UX research practice with governance and scaling.
• Drive strategic research informing product strategy with executive leadership.
• Lead foundational and generative research to uncover unmet needs and shape roadmaps.
• Partner cross-functionally to turn data into actionable insights.
• Represent UX Research in executive forums and design reviews.
• Build and scale research operations: recruitment, repositories, self-serve capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in UX/design research, with 6+ years at senior/staff scope.
• Deep expertise across qualitative, quantitative, generative, and evaluative methods.
• Proven track record leading research shaping product strategy at organizational level.
• Experience defining and scaling a research practice: processes, tooling, governance, operations.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships; mentoring across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science.
