📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize opportunities across the end-user journey.
• Set research strategy and prioritize the research portfolio.
• Translate user needs into signals for AI and ML systems.
• Define evaluation strategy for AI-powered experiences.
• Investigate model and experience failures and recommend improvements.
• Communicate findings via narratives, visuals, and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX research, product research, or related field.
• Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to analyze large behavioral datasets, including logs.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Collaboration and stakeholder-management across product, eng, design.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar tools.
