Principal Workday Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead engagement delivery across multiple Workday projects.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments.
• Monitor project health; identify risks and mitigations.
• Conduct regular governance meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Build trusted client relationships and drive satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Workday Engagement Manager or Project Manager certification (current throughout employment).
• 6–9 years of Workday ecosystem experience (partner, Workday, or client-side).
• Led at least seven Launch Flex and Launch Express deployments through go-live.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent Workday projects (implementation, optimization, expansion, and support).
• Strong understanding of Workday methodologies: project approaches, risks, and delivery strategies.
• Experience using Smartsheet; able to quickly learn Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% and open to US/Canada/Mexico candidates.
