Print On Demand Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues affecting production printers
• Respond promptly to equipment issues that affect daily workflow or volume output; communicate
• Perform equipment audits, preventive maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, component replacement, and
• Troubleshoot print production issues, including equipment faults and print quality concerns
• Support equipment installation, testing, modifications, and upgrades
• Maintain and repair three-phase electrical systems up to 480 VAC, and troubleshoot PLCs

🎯 Requirements

• Five to ten years of related experience in mechanical and technical troubleshooting, maintenance
• Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field or equivalent experience (High
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including three-phase systems up to 480
• Experience with conveyor/sortation systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, use diagnostic tools, and work
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English; basic math skills
