Print Operator

📋 Description

• Operate high-speed laser printers and automated insertion equipment to print and process customer
• Prepare completed mail jobs for entry into the USPS, following established postal procedures and
• Follow standard operating procedures for job setup, operation, and completion to ensure consistent
• Monitor equipment performance during production runs and flag issues to supervisor or technician
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily production goals and customer SLAs; support peak

🎯 Requirements

• Punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to work flexible hours and overtime during peak periods.
• Basic PC skills to process jobs timely and accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to identify and respond to equipment issues.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to drive the company vehicle occasionally.
• Keen attention to quality and safety; familiarity with USPS procedures and inserting equipment is a
