Build and maintain production schedules, milestones, and releases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and printers.
Ensure delivery of student and teacher editions and translations to supply chain.
Proactively identify production risks and drive resolutions.
Improve workflows through automation and AI, reducing manual work.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in print production or publishing ops.
Experience coordinating multiple complex publishing projects.
Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, QA, and vendors.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience with Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, or Workfront.
