📋 Description

• Support and monitor data privacy and protection compliance across the Americas, ensuring adherence
• Conduct privacy assessments, identify risks, and support the implementation of mitigation measures
• Review, negotiate, and manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), privacy clauses, and third-party
• Support the handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), privacy incidents, and data breach
• Maintain privacy documentation, compliance records, reporting, and governance activities using
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness initiatives to promote a strong culture of data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, regulatory, or related areas.
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), contracts, and legal
• Solid understanding of data privacy, personal data protection principles, and regulatory compliance
• Experience supporting privacyAs), data breach response processes, and third-party risk management.
