Draft/review/negotiate DPAs, BAAs, data-sharing and AI terms.
Partner with Product/Engineering to assess privacy/AI risks; lead PbD/PIA/DPIA.
Develop/maintain privacy and AI governance policies, standards, playbooks, SOPs.
Execute cookie compliance; manage RoPAs; handle DSARs.
Translate laws into actionable risk guidance for product/eng/security.
Maintain knowledge of privacy laws; monitor changes; communicate impacts.

🎯 Requirements

JD/LLM and active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
5+ years in privacy and AI law, ideally in global SaaS/tech.
Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US privacy laws, EU AI Act.
Familiar with ISO, NIST AI RMF, FedRAMP, DORA frameworks.
Active IAPP CIPP/E/US; AIGP preferred.
Hands-on with OneTrust for compliance programs.
