Privacy & AI Governance Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate DPAs, BAAs, data-sharing and AI terms.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on AI risk; lead PbD and PIAs/DPIAs.
• Develop and maintain privacy/AI governance policies and playbooks.
• Execute cookie compliance, RoPAs, and DSAR handling.
• Respond to customer inquiries on privacy and AI.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical risk guidance.

Your Qualifications

• JD/LLM with active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in privacy and AI in global SaaS/tech (law firm OK).
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act, EU Data Act, HIPAA.
• Familiar with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, FedRAMP, DORA.
• IAPP CIPP/E/US (required); AIGP preferred.
• OneTrust platform experience for compliance programs.
