Privacy Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Privacy Incident Management, including workflows and responder enablement.
• Lead privacy incident response as DRI/Incident Commander, coordinating across teams.
• Maintain on-call readiness for triage, severity classification, and escalations.
• Drive incident retrospectives, track remediation items and metrics.
• Build cross-functional, cross-geography stakeholder relationships.
• Support broader Privacy initiatives, tooling, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in privacy, security, incident response, tech risk, or related ops.
• Strong incident management; communicates privacy risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record leading investigations in cloud-native architectures; SQL, Python, Postgres, MongoDB.
• Experience automating tasks to improve incident response.
• Working knowledge of privacy regs (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA) and privacy issue management.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
