Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers, subprocessors, service

Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and regulations, including AI regulations.
Support implementation and ongoing compliance with AI-specific regulations (EU AI Act, UK AI
Assist in classification of AI systems, risk assessment, and development of internal AI governance

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection.
Proven expertise in EU and U.S. data protection law, familiarity with global compliance frameworks.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
