📋 Description

• Primary legal resource for privacy in commercial deals (enterprise contracts, vendors, partners).
• Draft, review, and negotiate DPAs and privacy terms on SaaS transactions.
• Manage high-volume privacy questionnaires and security questionnaires with teams.
• Advise Sales, Deal Ops, and Partners on privacy issues in deals.
• Monitor GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and advise contract impact.
• Advise on data transfer mechanisms (SCCs, UK Addendum) in transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a US law school; admitted to the US bar.
• 5-8 years in privacy and commercial deals; in-house tech exp.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA; data transfer mechanisms.
• Experience drafting and negotiating DPAs and data protection terms.
• Experience handling high volumes of privacy and security questionnaires.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt; explain privacy to non-lawyers; independent.
