Privacy & Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Take ownership of privacy and data protection initiatives
• Partner with sales, growth, tech, and people teams
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance on privacy and contracts
• Advise on product privacy by design and security
• Monitor GDPR and foreign privacy laws; brief teams accordingly
• Grow into the Data Protection Officer role over time

🎯 Requirements

• Solid data protection/privacy experience (3–5 years)
• Drafting and negotiating commercial/sales contracts
• Master’s degree in law; Bar admission is a plus
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• Ability to work with ML, infrastructure, frontend/back-end teams
• Async, remote-friendly, fast-moving work style
