Privacy & Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Run GDPR compliance ops and data subject requests end-to-end
• Embed privacy in product; collaborate with ML/tech teams
• Monitor privacy laws and brief teams on changes
• Grow into the Data Protection Officer role
• Own commercial contracting, review and negotiate sales agreements
• Support Head of Legal on trademarks, corporate, labour, and public affairs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years' data protection/privacy experience
• Master's degree in law; bar admission a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience drafting DPAs, DPIs, LIAs
• Comfortable with commercial and sales contracts
• Able to work asynchronously in a remote-friendly, fast-moving environment
