📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate data protection agreements with clients and vendors.
• Maintain and update data protection templates with Product and Security.
• Provide privacy guidance to Product teams across project lifecycles.
• Process and manage data subject access requests timely and compliant.
• Research privacy law developments where Sportradar operates.
• Support processes for negotiating data protection agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and at least 2 years’ PQE in privacy/data protection.
• Experience drafting/negotiating DPAs and handling data subject requests.
• Knowledge of privacy by design; support for product teams.
• Strong English communication; able to work with senior stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented; able to handle fast-paced work.
• AI privacy knowledge; IAPP certs and/or OneTrust experience beneficial.
