๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Act as a trusted adviser on the interpretation and application of the GDPR and national data
  • Track developments in EU and national privacy law, including EDPB guidelines, ePrivacy, EU AI Act
  • Provide clear, pragmatic written and verbal advice on complex privacy questions.
  • Establish, maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
  • Draft, review and maintain privacy policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and notices.
  • Conduct and review Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and legitimate interest assessments.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Law degree; qualification/admission in an EU jurisdiction strongly preferred.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in data protection/privacy (in-house, law firm or consultancy).
  • Strong working knowledge of GDPR and national privacy laws in at least one relevant European
  • Experience in financial services, market infrastructure or regulated environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical advice.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, especially for DPAs and data transfer arrangements.
