📋 Description

Establish and manage the enterprise privacy program and governance framework.
Lead regulatory compliance for DPDP Act, GDPR, ISO 27701, RBI rules.
Manage privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) and data lifecycle controls.
Oversee data subject rights, consent management, and third-party risk.
Lead privacy training, awareness, and audit/regulatory readiness.
Represent the company in privacy audits and regulatory reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Law, Risk, or related field.
15+ years in privacy, information security, compliance, risk, or data governance.
Experience in Banking/FinTech/Payments or highly regulated industries.
Deep knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR, and privacy governance frameworks.
Experience supporting regulatory audits and assessments.
Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT; CISSP/CISM/CRISC preferred.
