Privacy Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Legal to interpret privacy laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Security teams to implement privacy controls and
• Lead privacy-by-design initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary privacy program manager for wearable technology initiatives, ensuring privacy
• Conduct and facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve privacy policies, standards, procedures, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Legal Studies
• 5+ years of professional experience in privacy, information governance, compliance, cybersecurity
• Demonstrated experience working across legal and technical teams to operationalize privacy
• Working knowledge of major privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA where applicable
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
