• Own engagement health across the full PrivacyPro customer base; maintain a portfolio view of which
• Define and maintain the PrivacyPro engagement scorecard (e.g., case review activity, alert response
• Run proactive account interventions for accounts missing the mark: diagnose the gap, re-engage the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, healthcare administration, compliance, or a
• CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or RHIA credentials strongly preferred; active involvement in privacy and
• 5+ years in healthcare privacy, compliance, or health information management within a hospital or
• Direct experience running, supporting, or auditing a healthcare privacy program, including access
• Familiarity with patient privacy monitoring technology, EHR audit logs and access controls, and
• Experience in customer engagement, account management, or implementation within healthcare or
