Privacy Specialist

📋 Description

• Performing, recording and keeping vendor privacy assessments up-to-date to ensure compliance with
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor data protection agreements.
• Tracking and updating our records of processing activities (ROPAs).
• Supporting the Privacy Team and the business stakeholders during the implementation process of data
• Managing the staff awareness and training programs on data privacy and best data protection
• Supporting the Senior Privacy Lead with the handling of data subject requests, the annual updates

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role within the
• Good knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation
• Good understanding of different applications and systems (including current AI applications and
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented person with the ability to work in fast-paced environment and
• AI privacy knowledge, IAPP or similar privacy certifications and experience with OneTrust would be
