Private Capital Client Partner

📋 Description

• Increase win rates with Go-To-Market teams during late-stage sales
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Carta and industry trends to complete discovery and solutioning
• Serve as the Client’s trusted advisor from late-stage sale through onboarding and go-live
• Ensure smooth handoffs between teams with a consistent, trusted expert
• Partner with R&D and Delivery to develop a strategy for non-standard items via product or operational model
• Build deep relationships with external decision makers to enable Carta advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Private Capital accounting & operations
• Experience with AI tools; Claude or similar LLMs
• Private Capital financial services background preferred
• Proven ability to build and manage new customer relationships
• Assess and optimize operational and accounting processes
• Strong customer relationship skills and influencing abilities
• Excellent communication, listening, facilitation, negotiation
• Cross-functional collaboration across GTM, Delivery, R&D
