Private Credit Senior Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end deal flow, pipeline, trade capture and settlements
• Design and implement governance policies and scalable controls
• Manage outsourced loan admins and fund accountants, monitor KPIs
• Interface between Private Credit front office, fund accounting and Ops
• Produce timely management information for senior stakeholders
• Identify control gaps and drive improvements across operations

🎯 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Strong Private Credit or asset management experience
• Debt fund accounting knowledge and IFRS
• Experience leading a team and managing stakeholders
• Ability to drive projects and enhance governance frameworks
• 2:1 degree or equivalent
