📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay safe at home
• Support daily living activities and independence
• Assist with activities of daily living, bathroom tasks, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Support clients one-on-one with daily activities and mobility
• Deliver compassionate care with training and teamwork

• Experience in home health care welcomed; training provided

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
