📋 Description

• Provide in-home, one-on-one care in private homes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls.
• Offer basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing.
• Monitor oxygen therapy as needed.
• Prepare light snacks or drinks upon request.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.

🎯 Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent home care experience.
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to needs.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation.
