Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls
• Provide basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing
• Monitor oxygen therapy as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• Document and report changes in client condition promptly
• Follow professional standards and care policies

🎯 Requirements

• CNA, HHA or equivalent in home care preferred
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Attention to detail and following care protocols
