Private Duty Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA)

📋 Description

• Provide in-home support to help clients stay safe and independent
• Work one-on-one with clients in private homes
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls
• Provide basic personal care: hygiene, toileting, dressing
• Monitor oxygen therapy and respond to changes
• Document changes in client condition and report promptly

🎯 Requirements

• CNA, HHA or equivalent experience in home care preferred
• Experience with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks
• Reliable, patient, attentive to individual needs
• Private home setting experience preferred
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively
