Private Duty Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN (Short Shifts)

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate routine bowel care management program.
• Mitrofanoff catheter care with infection control.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–10:30 AM.
• Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Team environment: collaborate with Home Health Aide for ADLs.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan.
• Home care/private duty experience preferred, not required.
• Trach/vent experience a plus; training provided.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
