Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

📋 Description

• Travel to a client home on a schedule you choose
• Provide 1:1 care to pediatric clients
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations and interventions
• Follow doctors' orders and chart with Statewise
• Hands-on care with one client

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• Minimum of five months LPN experience
