Private Duty LPN- Adult Care

📋 Description

• Provide private duty nursing care in client homes (home health setting).
• Travel to one-on-one client homes near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders; perform assessments and monitor clients’
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure quality care.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with office staff to coordinate care and support clients and families.

🎯 Requirements

• LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience and passion for home health and private duty nursing.
