Private Equity Portfolio Associate - German Speaker

📋 Description

• Track and analyse portfolio company performance through the investment cycle.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly valuations using DCF and other financial models.
• Collaborate with Origination Deal Team on financial and strategic initiatives.
• Ongoing dialogue with senior leadership of portfolio companies on KPIs and trends.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and analyses for internal Portfolio Management Committees.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Macro and ESG for quarterly reporting and ad-hoc requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in private equity portfolio management or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written German.
• Excellent investing and financial acumen; able to analyse financial reporting.
• Capable of building/interpreting financial models; strong LBO and DCF modelling skills.
• Strong communication; able to deliver impactful presentations.
• Fluency in an additional European language (German or French) desirable.
• Ability to multi-task with competing deadlines.
• ACA or CFA qualification desirable.
