Private Securities, Platform Broker

📋 Description

• Oversee self-service customers and partners using the Forge platform
• Coordinate with full-service broker team to match liquidity
• Support and educate platform clients to transact independently
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve the platform
• Grow knowledge of private securities trading and client experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in financial services/venture capital/investment banking (sales & trading
• Series 7, 63/66, SIE
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work in online trading, fast-paced environment with solid customer support
• Understanding of private securities marketplace and institutional equity research/sales
• Motivation to scale platform capabilities and operational processes
