Privates Duty in Home- HHA/CNA

📋 Description

• Deliver personal care and companionship per nurse plan
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support clients one-on-one in home settings
• Receive training and work within BAYADA policies
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• Contribute to a positive patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Home Health Aide or CNA experience/certification preferred
• Compassion, reliability, empathy, and respect
• Ability to follow a written care plan and provide quality care
• Willingness to travel to client homes and work in community settings
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
