📋 Description

• Verifies test orders against requisition forms and notes discrepancies.
• Verifies patient identity and performs venipuncture to obtain blood specimens.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and procedures.
• Tracks specimens with initials, dates, and collection times.
• Maintains safe, compliant work environment and adheres to SOPs.
• Works with mobile phlebotomy team; updates statuses in Skedulo.

🎯 Requirements

• National Phlebotomy Certification may be required depending on the state.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• RN/BS/BA degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
