📋 Description

• From the control room, ensure production continues
• Walk around the factory to monitor the process
• Resolve technical issues independently or coordinate with mechanics
• Participate in project groups such as Autonomous Maintenance
• Make substantive proposals to improve procedures, regulations, process improvement, and prevent
• Follow relevant (CGO) training to enhance knowledge and competencies

🎯 Requirements

• MBO-3 work and thinking level with education in Process Technology/Engineering
• Knowledge and insight into complex production processes and OPS systems
• Knowledge of automation systems such as MES and SCADA
• Collaborative working style
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system (3-4-3 schedule)
