📋 Description

• Provide real-time laboratory data analytics to support process chemistry activities
• Collaborate with chemists and engineers to develop and implement PAT solutions for complex drug
• Utilise reaction monitoring and continuous manufacturing strategies to generate scientific insights
• Provide scientific and technical leadership within PAT, solving complex challenges and sharing best
• Demonstrate ownership of PAT strategy and development on drug substance projects
• Contribute to the development of Chemical Development capabilities and promote continuous

🎯 Requirements

• BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with experience in R&D, manufacturing
• Significant experience in chemical or analytical laboratory environments supporting API development
• Practical expertise in PAT and one or more spectroscopic or analytical techniques including NIR
• Experience with PAT applications in drug substance development, quantitative model development
• Coding experience in Matlab, Python or similar programming languages, with a data-centric mindset
• Experience operating within GMP-regulated environments and understanding of SHE principles
