📋 Description

• Maintain knowledge of all processes and policies
• Allocate labor; lead start-up meetings; coordinate with other departments
• Diagnose workflow issues; partner with leadership to resolve
• Lead with safety, production, cost and quality in decisions
• Communicate effectively; provide timely feedback in a training capacity
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Education beyond high school; leading teams a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Flex shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish a plus
• Intermediate computer skills; operate warehouse tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs and attention to detail
