Process Control Authority (PCA) Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• Ensuring compliance with engineering processes, quality standards, and governance requirements
• Monitoring and applying approved guidelines, procedures, methods, and tools for engineering
• Supporting technical leads, project managers, and quality teams in ensuring process conformity
• Coordinating configuration control, document management, and traceability of technical artifacts
• Preparing audits and ensuring the availability of technical evidence for internal and external
• Supporting the management of risks, deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a
• Professional experience in engineering governance, quality assurance, process compliance
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and technical departments
• Knowledge in audit preparation, evidence management, and document control
• Experience with risks, deviations, and non-conformance processes
• Ideally knowledge of SABRe, AS13100, and aviation regulatory requirements (airworthiness)
