Process Design Engineer - Vapor

📋 Description

• Design and operate refining/petrochemical processing equipment (field exp preferred)
• Size and specify pumps, blowers, compressors, valves, and heat exchangers
• Develop P&IDs, data sheets, process flow diagrams, heat/material balances
• Create control/operation philosophy documents
• Participate in process hazard analyses (PHA)
• Travel ~10% domestically and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of facility design and operation experience (field exp preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS or Symmetry
