Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Time studies and cycle-time standards; establish baseline and optimized times.
• Standardized work instructions for major assembly and wiring processes.
• Process improvements to assembly sequences, wiring methods, and workflows; lead kaizens.
• Root cause analysis on defects, rework, and quality escapes (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
• Process validation to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards before deployment.
• Fixture & Tool improvements: identify tooling issues and propose fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in process engineering.
• Time studies, work measurement, standardized docs, and RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D).
• Lean manufacturing and Kaizen experience; strong floor presence.
• Develop process sheets, visual documentation, and assembly layouts.
• Familiarity with ERP, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel (macros).
