🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering preferred)
3+ years process engineering experience; manufacturing background preferred
Lean Six Sigma with track record of multiple projects across areas
Deep knowledge of Factory Physics concepts
Background in basic applied statistics
Fundamental understanding of accounting/finance; read financial statements
