🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes (preferably electronics manufacturing)
Experience in technical documentation preparation and process analysis/optimization
Knowledge of automation and mechanization systems
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
