Process Engineer - Consumables

📋 Description

• Own development, optimisation and control of coated consumables in a clean-room.
• Lead transfer from R&D into Manufacturing and support process development.
• Identify CPPs & CQAs; define control strategies and SPC.
• Develop and optimise processes for coated consumables using DoE.
• Collaborate across R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Based at Botley (Oxford) site with 4 days on-site; travel to Littlemore.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Eng, Materials Science, Surface Science, Chemistry or related.
• Extensive process engineering in regulated manufacturing; clean-room experience.
• Hands-on coating technologies and surface treatments.
• Proficiency in stats tools (Minitab, JMP) and DoE/8D/FMEA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving; manages multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with R&D, QA and Supply Chain.
