Process Engineer - Fired Heater

📋 Description

• Fired heater design, rating, revamp, and optimization using FRNC5
• Optimize furnace, convection, and overall heater efficiency
• Design expansion tanks, oil coolers, pumps, filters, and oil system
• Support bidding with techno‑commercial offers and cost estimates
• Coordinate with Mechanical, C&I, Electrical, and project teams
• Attend HAZOPs and ensure client specifications compliance

🎯 Requirements

• FRNC5 design software expertise
• Fired Heater thermal design and rating
• Heater revamp and debottlenecking experience
• Operational troubleshooting
• Experience with expansion tanks, oil systems, and related equipment
