🎯 Requirements

Background in Process, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience optimizing industrial/manufacturing processes via engineering or data.
Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data.
Understanding of manufacturing operations and process industries.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.
